

A big thank you to the organizers of this past week's Airport Electrification conference in NYC, for a successful event and panel discussion, Electrifying Airside Ground Support Equipment, which featured Mercury's President, Bob Travis as a panelist alongside other industry leaders.

Additionally, Andrea Morales, Mercury's Director of Business Development was also on hand for expanded discussions on Mercury's product line and engagement the company is taking on the path to the electrification of ground support equipment.

On hand for the panel and discussions on electrification efforts in the GSE space where Scott Bellamy and Stephen Gallagher (Menzies Aviation), Hiue Do (GAT Airline Ground Support), John Thompson (Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC), Mark Reppucci and Phil Lochner (Advanced Charging Technologies) and Kwasi B. (Halifax International Airport Authority).

This morning, Mercury GSE was honored to take part in Delta Air Lines’ annual Jet Drag at Delta TechOps Hangar 10 in Atlanta—joining forces as part of the GSE industry’s Batt Bunnies team to help raise critical funds for the American Cancer Society. For those unfamiliar, Jet Drag brings together teams of 25 to pull a 255,000-pound Boeing 757 in a tug-of-war style challenge—all for a cause far bigger than competition.
