At Mercury GSE, service doesn’t stop when the equipment is delivered—it follows our customers wherever operations take them. In just one week, our technicians covered thousands of miles to keep ramps running, from Alaska to Kentucky and everywhere in between. Our team traveled as far as Anchorage, Alaska to respond to a critical air start issue, perform preventative maintenance, and provide operator training. At another Alaska site, a pushback tractor commissioning was handled under warranty, ensuring smooth operations in one of the toughest environments for ground support.

We’re continuing our series of real stories from the field—showing how the Mercury GSE team steps in to keep ramp operations moving, especially when demand is high and time is short. In the middle of the summer heat, two key Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC Commander 30 loaders at San Antonio International Airport (SAT), along with TLD air conditioning units (ACUs) and ground power units (GPUs) at Kelly Field Airport (SKF)—both supporting top Mercury GSE accounts—needed urgent servicing. These systems are essential for cooling aircraft cabins, powering onboard systems, and ensuring crews can work safely.
