Great day on the green at the Southwest Airlines BWI Tech Ops Golf Tournament held yesterday at The Woodlands Golf Course in Windsor Mill, MD.
The Mercury GSE team was proud to take part, and sponsor, this fantastic event—bringing together industry partners, colleagues, and friends for a day of connection and community.
Representing Mercury were Director of Business Development Austin Adams and recently appointed!, Vice President of Operations, David Defnet who were partnered up with Southwest's Kevin Boyd and Doug Kays.
Thank you to our Southwest family at BWI for hosting such a well-run tournament. Events like these remind us that relationships matter just as much as equipment when it comes to keeping the ramp moving.
Looking forward to next year already!
At Mercury GSE, service doesn’t stop when the equipment is delivered—it follows our customers wherever operations take them. In just one week, our technicians covered thousands of miles to keep ramps running, from Alaska to Kentucky and everywhere in between. Our team traveled as far as Anchorage, Alaska to respond to a critical air start issue, perform preventative maintenance, and provide operator training. At another Alaska site, a pushback tractor commissioning was handled under warranty, ensuring smooth operations in one of the toughest environments for ground support.

This is more than just equipment on display — it’s a chance to see firsthand how Mercury supports business aviation with the same 24/7 commitment and preventative maintenance programs that keep airlines, FBOs, and cargo carriers running.
