We are pleased to share that Karla Harrington has joined Mercury GSE as Vice President of Leasing.
Karla, (Pictured with Joseph Davis, VP of Customer Experience), brings more than a decade of experience in ground support equipment leasing, asset management, and customer partnership development. She is widely respected across the industry for her deep leasing expertise, her commitment to strong, long-term customer relationships, and her collaborative approach to supporting complex operational needs.
Before joining Mercury, Karla spent much of her career leading leasing programs for major GSE organizations, overseeing multi-market fleets, managing asset lifecycle planning, and working directly with airlines, cargo handlers, and FBOs to deliver tailored solutions. Her experience spans both domestic and international markets, giving her a strong understanding of global operational requirements and the evolving needs of today’s ground handling environment.
Karla is also well known for her leadership role in Women of GSE, where she supports networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for women in our industry. Her advocacy has helped elevate visibility, career growth, and community across the ground support sector.

This morning, Mercury GSE was honored to take part in Delta Air Lines’ annual Jet Drag at Delta TechOps Hangar 10 in Atlanta—joining forces as part of the GSE industry’s Batt Bunnies team to help raise critical funds for the American Cancer Society. For those unfamiliar, Jet Drag brings together teams of 25 to pull a 255,000-pound Boeing 757 in a tug-of-war style challenge—all for a cause far bigger than competition.
