At Mercury GSE, service doesn’t stop when the equipment is delivered—it follows our customers wherever operations take them. In just one week, our technicians covered thousands of miles to keep ramps running, from Alaska to Kentucky and everywhere in between.
Our team traveled as far as Anchorage, Alaska to respond to a critical air start issue, perform preventative maintenance, and provide operator training. At another Alaska site, a pushback tractor commissioning was handled under warranty, ensuring smooth operations in one of the toughest environments for ground support.
Meanwhile, at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in 106 degree heat, a new cargo loader was commissioned to expand capacity, while in Texas, our crews tackled a combination of repairs, preventative maintenance, and operator training—making sure belt loaders, ACUs, GPUs, and cargo loaders were ready for peak demand.
In Kentucky, inspections and preventative service kept equipment performing for one of the busiest air cargo hubs in the country. And in the Midwest, our team was on the ground at Chicago O’Hare (ORD), servicing an Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC M-60 AC unit—critical for keeping passengers and crews cool in the summer heat. Beyond that, our technicians supported operations with scheduled maintenance, rapid response service, and operator training to ensure ramps never miss a beat.
This is the Mercury difference. From preventative maintenance to emergency breakdowns, from warranty work to operator training, our technicians don’t just show up locally—they go wherever they’re needed, including some of the most remote and high-pressure ramps in North America.
Because at Mercury GSE, GSE never sleeps.
